After working in the IT industry for over 15 years, in 2015 I decided to quit my job to become a teacher. My goal was to help business professionals communicate effectively and confidently in English. I have combined my technical and management background to help learners improve all aspects of the English language. Whether it is presentations, writing documents or emails, or simply gaining more confidence in meetings, I can help you. I have worked with Fortune 500 companies to help their business professionals communicate at the highest level and bring solutions to an ever increasing faster paced business and digital world. I am a certified Oxford Trinity graduate (teaching) with a BA in Computer Science.

A little more information about me....
Well I am a 40 + year old English man, originally from the Northwest of England, and now living between England & Spain, enjoying the simple pleasures of life like blue skies, beaches, gardening and being outdoors as much as I can.

I love cycling in extremely hot weather. In this photo the temperature was about 40C.
I thought TEA was a good acronym for an English school, so here we are....The English Academy (TEA), but who am I?
I enjoy working with my hands and specifically wood, and in this pic I am working on a violin.
I also love swimming in cold water. Here I am swimming in March.
My other big hobbies are fitness, music (guitar, singing and piano) and reading. If I have time I am also partial to the occasional video game.
